How long until my social media account starts to grow?

We provide deep analytics for your personal brand and brand accounts. Allowing you to fully utilise what content performs well on different platforms and your account as a whole. Its your action on this data that determines the outcome you receive from our software.

How do I link my social accounts?

Once you've signed up and created your account you will be directed to your main analytics dashboard. From here you can add all of your social accounts from the + button in the top left hand corner.

How mnay social accounts can I add?

This depends on which package you select when signing up. Our most popular "Creator" plan allows 1 account per platform to be added to your dashboard.

Do you accept refunds?

We process refunds on a per instance basis. Please get in touch with our team if you have concerns or questions regarding your selected plan.
